LOCTITE instant adhesives are fast curing, single-component adhesives that can reach fixture strength in less than 5 seconds. They are suitable for manufacturing operations where rapid assembly speeds are critical, and bond a wide variety of materials including metals, plastics and elastomers.

They are easy to apply, fill voids due to surface irregularities, and offer high resistance to solvents. By replacing conventional gaskets, they increase reliability during operation and can also reduce manufacturing and inventory costs.

Epoxies, SMPs and silicones provide you with high strength and impact resistant bonds while offering you a variety of cure mechanisms, gap filling options and working times. Temperature resistance will go up to 212°F (100°C) for some while resisting temperatures up to 725°F (385°C) for others.
